Delegates traveling from outside Aberdeen have the option of free accommodation on the night of the 27th & 28th of June at Robert Gordon University's Woolmanhill Flats. You are required to make your own travel arrangements to the accommodation on 27 June and check-in is open throughout the day.

Bus transport will be provided between the conference venue and the accommodation.

For those traveling by car free parking facilities are available on the accommodation grounds.

Woolmanhill Flats (Woolmanhill Flats, 134 John Street, Aberdeen, AB25 1LE) is in Aberdeen City Centre and an estimated 10 minute walk from either the bus station or train station on Union Street in the City Centre. We shall be providing transport to and from Robert Gordon University's Garthdee Campus and the Woolmanhill Flats accommodation, more information on this will be released later. However, should you find yourself without transport it's an estimated 55 minute walk from Garthdee Campus to Woolmanhill Flats. Although it is recommended you take a bus instead. Bus routes 1 and 2 which can be taken from Union Street to Garthdee Campus and vice versa are suggested.
